Unsworth CC beat Ramsbottom Ladies to leave Fishpool A four points clear at the top of Division One with six games to play.
The top two in Division Two both lost, and now only two points separate the bottom five as Tottington A won against previously unbeaten Bury West.
In the Third Division, the top four all won as the race for honours hots up.
There was no change at the top of Division Four with the top three all winning while at the other end of the table wins for Elton Vale C and MSS aid their chances of survival.
In Division Five, Ainsworth C beat Wren Ladies to leave St Mary’s D in second, and at the foot of the table there was a first win for Sunset Ladies.
Westbury march on at the top of the Sixth Division where a win for Michael Wood Homes against Elton Vale E leaves three teams tied for second.
Laundry Room inflicted the first defeat of the season on Clarance Park Ladies to be joint leaders in Division Seven.
It is as you were in the Eighth Division as the top three all won. After a marathon game at Elton Vale the Bury U18 team had a well deserved win against Bolton, the first win in the series, Bury U18 266- Bolton 214.
Tomorrow, Friday, July 17, the Intermediates play at Elton Vale.
The next meeting will be held at Elton Vale on July 23, at 8.30pm.
