DAVID Buchanan played through the pain barrier to lead the Shakers to their third consecutive win.
The Northern Ireland under-21 international produced a hard-working display against Boston, despite a bruised shin sustained a week earlier, and was happy to see that the Shakers' passing football was starting to bear fruit.
"We have been playing good football going right back to the Accrington game, and you can't argue with nine points out of nine," he said.
"The two front lads stretch the game right out for us, and allow Tom Kennedy and Paul Scott to press forward. They are really important."
