BRAVE 10-man AFC Bury are third bottom of the Manchester League Premier Division after narrowly losing at West Didsbury.
With a bare 11 players to start with, they went a man short when debutant Jack O’Brien went off injured.
It was a cruel blow for the brave local lads when a shot into the ground bounced up and over keeper Gavin Campbell and rolled agonisingly into the net.
