SCOTT Quigg has been dealt a body blow after being forced to pull out of his scheduled fight against Andrei Iseu at the MEN Arena on April 16.
The 22-year-old Bury super bantamweight who has won all 21 of his professional fights, has suffered a sprained ankle in training and his place on the undercard of Amir Khan’s fight with Paul McCloskey goes to Rendall Munroe.
Quigg hopes to return to action in May or June on a televised show in Bury.
And should his star continue to rise he could be in line for a shot at former British and European champion Munroe within 12 months.
