THREE more Bury Amateur Boxing Club fighters joined club-mate Ibrahim Nadim in the northern semi-finals of the Schoolboys Championships on Sunday.
Danish Mohammed booked his passage with a 16-5-point defeat of Thomas Collins (Northfield), while Mohammed Ali was also in winning form against David Seymour (Capitol).
The final fighter to sail through was Sahir Iqbal, whose opponent, Michael Maughan, refused to come out in the third and final round.
There was one disappointment, however, when Shabaz Masoud was disqualified against Ross Chapman (Heart of England).
The championships resume at Everton Park Sports Centre, Liverpool, on Sunday where Nadim faces Ben Marksby (Darlington), Mohammed tackles Brandon Ward (Hordan), Ali is up against Lee Milburn (South Durham) and Iqbal challenges James Thompson (Wellington).
