SUCCESS at Wycombe Wanderers this weekend will start at the back for Chris Casper.
The Bury boss has been poring over a video of last week's defeat against Shrewsbury Town to analyse the mistakes which cost his side their first victory of the season.
But in watching the game, Casper said he feels more positive that his players can turn round their poor start.
"In watching the game, there were a lot of positives to take out of it," he said.
"That is what we have to do. I can change a few things round, but the players have got to start making the right decisions on the field.
"We have worked hard on defending in training, and the lads want to put it right."
The Shakers famously ended Wycombe's 21-game unbeaten run last season at Gigg Lane but suffered heavily when they travelled to Adams Park - with Nathan Tyson scoring twice in a 4-0 rout.
The Chairboys have since lost Tyson to Nottingham Forest and big defender Roger Johnson to Cardiff, but Casper still envisages a tough ride in Buckinghamshire.
"Wycombe is a tough place to go to as a player." he said. "We all know what the score was last season, but we have to keep positive and believe we can get a result.
"I think we showed by going down to MK Dons and dominating most of the game that we can match anyone on our day.
"If we can stay focussed and work on some of the things that went wrong against Shrewsbury, we can get something."
Wycombe will be missing on-loan Chelsea defender Anthony Grant and striker Ian Stonebridge, and will have to play midfielder Russell Martin as a makeshift left-back.
Manager Paul Lambert hopes to make four signings before the transfer deadline on August 31.
