On an otherwise quiet week of racing for Radcliffe AC, head coach Ian Swan ran his second ever ultramarathon, only a couple of months after his first one.
He was joined by fellow Radcliffe athlete Mia Derbyshire at the Tittesworth Water 50k - an ultramarathon in the Southern Peaks, that includes 1,521 metres of elevation.
Swan got round in a time of 6hrs 34mins, followed by Derbyshire in 6:43:00.
Elsewhere, Lucie Tighe was enjoying the Blackpool waterfront again, finishing the Blackpool 10k Music Run in a time of 59:38.
Meanwhile, Elaine Bailey ran the Wilmslow 10k in a time of 54:30.
