Bury ABC boxer, Ella Thompstone, returned with a gold medal from the Esker All Female Box Cup championships in Ireland.
Fighting at 63kg in Lucan, Dublin recently, Thompstone became youth champion with a second-round stoppage against Ellen McCaughley, of Jobstown Boxing Club.
Closer to home, clubmate Zade Afsar fought in a skills bout against Oscar Cartwright at Larches Club in Preston.
