GREENMOUNT slumped to seven-wicket defeat at Walsden in Lancashire Cricket League Division after being skittled for just 78 runs.
Joe Gale took a league best 5-20 and Jamie Shackleton picked up 4-48 to bowl Greenmount out for 78 as Andy Kerr made 14 and Jack Harrison and professional Chesney Hughes 13 apiece as the visitors slipped from 54-2 to 78 all out.
Josh Gale hit an unbeaten 34 with brother Joe also unbeaten on 18 when maximum points were secured after 18 overs for the hosts.
Ramsbottom were also beaten, by six wickets at home against Todmorden.
Professional Will Bosisto hit an unbeaten 59 after taking 5-37 to restrict Ramsbottom to 142 all out, pro Sen Muthusamy top scoring with 65 for the hosts as Charlie Hamilton also made 16 and Harry Caton 13.
Bosisto and skipper Freddie Priestley put on 112 for the second wicket to turn the game Todmorden’s way and they eased to victory in the 41st over.
It was a busy weekend for Bosisto who was sub pro for Egerton and scored an incredible 179 as Prestwich were beaten by four wickets in Greater Manchester Cricket League Premier Division.
Dan Pawson (142 not out) and Sam Holden (106) helped Prestwich to 338-4 but Bosisto and 69no from Danny Partington saw Egerton to 341-6.
Walshaw (188) were beaten by 29 runs at Denton West (217).
Shabnan Ali took 5-57 for Walshaw before Josh Allum (45) and Saif Bhojani (40) top scored as the reply fell short.
Woodbank won by eight wickets at home to Clifton.
Hayden Goulstone took 5-26 as Clifton were bowled out for 194.
A 178-run third-wicket stand between Scott Steele (105no) and Ryan Barker (59no) saw Woodbank to 197-2.
In Premier Division Two, Brooksbottom (166) lost by seven wickets against Flixton (171-3). Ashley Gowers hit 60 for Brooksbottom.
Bury (249-5) beat Bradshaw (246) by five wickets.
Sam Nolan-Massey took 3-64 in the first innings before Aneeq Hassan (99) and Mukhtar Zulfiqar (55) top scored in the reply.
Stand (219-7) beat Flowery Field (147) by 72 runs.
Dylan Faram hit 91 and opener Jack Delaney 86 batting first for Stand, before Stuart Chamley (5-43) and Faram (3-41) helped bowl out the visitors.
In the Championship, Elton (209-7) beat Swinton Moorside (108) by 101 runs, pro Asif Zakir top scoring with 114.
Tahir Maqsood (4-26) and Steven Filkins (4-22) helped dismiss Swinton.
