BURY ABC’s Ella Thompstone lost on a 3-2 split decision to Attleborough ABC Norfolk’s Isabell Price on Sunday in the finals of the Youth and Cadets tournament at Barnsley Metrodome.
Despite the defeat, though, coach Mick Jelley was pleased with her efforts and says the experience of overcoming defeat will be invaluable inside and outside of the ring for the boxer.
