Bury AFC have confirmed their first home pre-season friendly.
Andy Welsh’s side will welcome North West Counties Premier League side Hanley Town to the Neuven Stadium on Tuesday, July 20.
AFC have announced the news after a date for the game was firmed up with ticket details to follow.
It comes after the club announced away friendlies against FC United of Manchester, Squires Gate and most recently, Chester.
Welsh will take his side to face another fan-owned club, now in the National League North, at the Deva Stadium on Saturday, July 17. As for the Hanley clash, ticket information is still to be confirmed.
In terms of possible demand, the FC United friendly gives some indication with tickets for that game snapped up in double-quick time.
With 2,000 tickets made available they were however all gone within 24 hours. Priority was initially given to members before 1,200 went on general sale.
For the Squires Gate clash on Saturday, June 26, the Fylde coast club are hoping to break an attendance record with the game.
Tickets are available, priced at £6 with under-12s free, from the home club. Visit myteamonline.co.uk/club-shop/squires-gate-fc/afc-fylde-match-day-tickets/
