Bury have called off their League One match at home to AFC Wimbledon due to heavy snow
BURY'S League One match at home to AFC Wimbledon has been postponed.
The club posted a statement on their website just after noon, saying it had been called off due to heavy snow.
"Following a pitch inspection by referee Eddie Ilderton, today's game v AFC Wimbledon has been postponed due to persistent snow," read the statement.
"Once we have details of the re-arranged fixture it will be announced on the club's official channels."
Bury FC also tweeted a short video of the conditions inside Gigg Lane.
