LEE Clark insists his Bury side will stand up and be counted after another demoralising defeat on Tuesday night.
The Shakers conceded late goals to lose 2-1 at Blackpool last week and then 1-0 at Southend on Saturday.
And they suffered an even later blow in midweek as Oldham struck deep into stoppage time to win 2-1.
That kept the Shakers in League One's bottom four heading into Saturday's home match against Doncaster Rovers, who are just three points above them in 19th.
“We've got to take it on the chin and dust ourselves down,” said Clark.
“It was a tough one to take, but we've got to get on the training pitch and work hard. That's all we can do.
“We won't go run away and hide, we won't go on holiday for a couple of days. We'll get out there and do our work.”
Jermaine Beckford almost scored at the death but Oldham went straight up the other end and Aaron Amadi-Holloway volleyed in the winner.
That made it three away defeats in a week for the Shakers, despite looking set to earn at least a point in each game.
Clark believes they cannot afford to dwell on the disappointment ahead of this weekend's visit of Doncaster.
Rovers have lost five of their last six away games in the league and were beaten 3-0 at home by Walsall last week, so the Bury boss is eager to get back to winning ways.
He added: “We nearly scored the winner at Oldham and, to be honest, we were the dominant team in the second half.
“But we've said that too many times in the last four or five games and come away with nothing.
"We need to start changing that into wins.”
After returning from injury at Southend, Joe Murphy was a surprise absentee in midweek, but Clark revealed the experienced keeper was ruled out through illness.
Leo Fasan therefore returned to the starting line-up, along with Chris Humphrey, Rohan Ince and Jay O'Shea.
“It's been stop-start for Joe,” he said. “We got informed on Tuesday morning so we went with Leo, who has not let us down.
“Jay O'Shea had shown enough to warrant a starting place and he was excellent again on Tuesday night.”
Meanwhile, Bury's first-round FA Cup tie at Woking has been moved to 2pm on Sunday, November 5.
