BURY goalkeeper Joe Murphy has been ruled out for up to four weeks with a knee injury.
Ex-Celtic stopper Leo Fasan stepped up for his first league start in Tuesday’s 3-0 win against Oxford, while teenager Scott Maloney was promoted to the bench.
“Leo is now contracted to us, at least until January,” Clark added. “He has been very impressive in training.
“Joe hurt his knee, he has had a scan and will be out for between two to four weeks.”
Defender Nathan Cameron is also set to miss the next two months with a hamstring injury picked up against Charlton on Saturday.
Clark added: “Nathan Cameron has felt his tendon at the top of his hamstring, which is not good.
"He will be out for six to eight weeks. That’s not good, but it’s always going to be the risk with Nathan.
"When you’re not training at all and do the bare minimum, you run the risk of picking up injuries.”
