Joel Dommett has revealed he has to pull out of presenting Comic Relief this week due to having Coronavirus.
Dommett, 36, was due to present The Great Comic Relief Prizeathon on Friday March 18 alongside AJ Odudu.
The comedian and presenter announced the news on Instagram and also confirmed who would be replacing him.
In the post, Dommett said: "Super annoyed to report that I have the vid.
"This unfortunately means I have to pull out of hosting @comicrelief ..
"My incredible replacement is the better looking, more talented @vernonkay who is ace. I’ll be watching from home donating loads of money like everyone else!"
Vernon Kay will join the star-studded lineup of presenters in the programme airing on BBC One.
David Tennant, Sir Lenny Henry, Alesha Dixon, Paddy McGuiness and Zoe Ball will also present the show, which will be broadcast live from MediaCityUK in Salford.
Comic Relief will air on BBC One at 7pm on Friday March 18.
