For the first time ever BBC's Red Nose Day will be live from Salford, at its new home in MediaCityUK.
The event will be filmed on Friday, March 18, and presented by Paddy McGuiness, Alesha Dixon, and Sir Lenny Henry.
David Tennant and Zoe Ball will also join the star-studded presenter lineup.
The night will be filled with hilarious sketches, live music, and surprise performances.
As part of the studio audience, guests can enjoy an extra hour of entertainment with a live special: The Great Comic Relief Prizeathon.
Viewers at home will be in with a chance of winning once-in-a-lifetime prizes in support of Comic Relief.

When and where is Comic Relief being filmed?
The show will be filmed at dock10 studios in MediaCityUK, Salford.
Doors open at 5.15pm for ticket validation on Friday, March 18, with the recording starting at 7pm.
The show will run until approximately 11.40pm and there will be light refreshments provided.
Audience members must be aged 16 and above and under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I get tickets?
Tickets are allocated by a random draw and registration is now open.
You can register for tickets via the BBC Shows and Tours website here. Registration closes on Friday, February 25 at 8am.
