LOCAL firms Michael Wood Homes and Metcalfe & Co are sponsoring the 12th Bury Rapidplay Chess Congress, together with insurance company Winterthur Life.
M W Homes are main sponsors of the Congress, which takes place in the Elizabethan Suite at Bury Town Hall on December 10.
Michael Wood Homes have been established for eight years. Based in Bolton Road, Bury, they offer both full letting and management services, plus high quality property refurbishments.
The main event will be known as the M W Homes Open and, like previous years, should attract some International and Grandmasters.
