COMMERCIAL property specialist Nolan Redshaw has secured a major letting at Prince's Court in Ramsbottom on behalf of Greenmount Developments.
Bury Primary Care Trust (PCT) has taken all of the site in Silver Street and Princes Street with 7,000 sq ft office accommodation available at a rental of £13.50 per sq ft.
Steve Manifold, of Nolan Redshaw, said: "Prince's Court marks the first development of its kind in Ramsbottom for a considerable number of years. All of the office accommodation has been let to one tenant, which is a great achievement."
