BURY-based Gleeson Homes North West and Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service have been honoured by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents for their outstanding achievements in workplace safety.
They were presented with RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel.
Gleeson Homes lifted a coveted gold award while Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service were recognised in the public services and local Government sector.
Nationwide, there were 1,400 winners.
