A BURY-based mecca for business is now officially full up'.
Developers Seddons have announced the sell-out success of its Waterfold Business Park, a 32-acre mixed-use development off Rochdale Road.
Strategically located, adjoining Junction 2 of the M66 motorway, the Park offers 40,000 sq ft of modern office and 80,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation in an area short on quality freehold space.
According to joint site agents Nolan Redshaw, which has its office at Waterfold, the success is due to its close proximity to Bury, Rochdale and Manchester town and city centres and the excellent design and specifications of the units. This has led to the business park attracting high-profile occupiers such as the Village Hotel and PC World Business.
Commenting on the completion of the site, Paul Nolan of Nolan Redshaw, said: "Waterfold Business Park has pioneered the way for further mixed use accommodation in this area of Manchester.
"The site boasts an excellent location and the recent completion of the M60 motorway has further boosted the park's appeal."
Nolan Redshaw and King Sturge are joint agents at Waterfold Business Park.
