WE all know that the speed cameras on Peel Way in Bury are placed in their locations because they are accident blackspots. So why has Bury council put up advertising banners on the central reservation at these very same accident blackspots?
Surely us drivers need no more distractions. Or is it a purpose-built distraction to take the drivers' concentration off the camera thus increasing revenue? Just a thought . . .
