SO Bury council has spent £50,000 to bug residents blue bins.
I would suggest that recycling would be improved if these bins were provided throughout the borough.
Since moving into Radcliffe two years ago I have several times asked why this facility was not available in my part of Radcliffe.
Last year the binmen left the black bin unemptied on three occasions, possibly because they spotted a weed in it.
This time last year I was told we would have them in the spring, but then was told there was insufficient money to provide them.
As a consequence, we are expected to take our recycling rubbish and garden waste to the dump.
In view of this latest stupidity, I will no longer do that and if my bin is not emptied again, I will recycle it onto the doorstep of whoever conceived this idiotic and expensive idea.
