HERE is a photograph of Crompton Street.
Is it really necessary to force pedestrians to walk into the road avoiding these large highway signs which can only give information to drivers of vehicles who have driven past the hazard as they entered the cul-de-sac?
It is now 9.30am. Vans delivering to the precinct have started to park in the loading bay adjacent to No 20, this now means pedestrians have no option but to walk in the road.
Is it me?
