POP star-turned-actress Suzanne Shaw has been confirmed for this year’s Manchester Opera house pantomime.
The former St Gabriel’s High schoolgirl will be playing the lead role of Cinderella alongside Louie Spence, star of Sky TV’s Pineapple Dance Studios, who will play the Prince’s aide-de-camp Dandini.
Suzanne, who currently plays the saucy Eve Jensen in Emmerdale, said: “I am really excited and looking forward to playing Cinderella in Manchester later in the year. I know it’s going to be lots of fun playing alongside Louie Spence.”
The show will also feature real Shetland ponies, and will run from December 3 to 31. Tickets cost £15 to £25. To book, visit palaceandoperahouse.org.uk or call 0844 871 3018.
