A TEENAGER was attacked on a bus by three men and a woman and robbed of his mobile phone, cash, cigarettes and a bus pass.
The robbery happened on Monday at 6.30pm, in Manchester Road, Bury. The 19-year-old victim suffered swelling to his left cheek and eye after he was punched in the face.
The four grabbed his mobile phone and searched his pockets, then tried to pull the victim off the bus with them when they got off.
The police are appealing for witnesses and urge anyone who knows the identity of the offenders or who witnessed the incident to contact PC Mick Yates in the Robbery Unit at Bury on 856 8179 or to contact crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
