HEALTH bosses in Bury are urging anyone eligible for the flu jab to make sure they have the vaccine.
With cases of swine flu still on the rise, doctors are concerned that people may forget about the free seasonal flu jab.
It is available to anyone aged 65 and over, as well as younger people with long-term conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, serious kidney and liver disease.
Last year, 41 per cent of eligible patients — 6,310 people — were given the vaccination in Bury.
