A COUPLE are offering a £150 reward for the return of stolen computer equipment containing precious photographs.

Partners Della Marshall aged 30, and Jarrod Cairns, aged 38, are also anxious to retrieve jewellery taken by thieves from their home in Parr Lane, Unsworth, on Tuesday, August 4.

Mr Cairns said: “We are upset to lose treasured photos of family, special occasions and loved ones, including those who are no longer with us. The pictures were stored on an external Freecom Hard Drive in black and also on two laptop computers, one NEC Generation laptop and one Toshiba laptop.

The burglars also stole items of jewellery with a sentimental value, including a pair of brushed metal cufflinks and a tie pin, all engraved with the initial P in black.

Mr Cairns said: “We want to put up a reward of £150 for the return of these items. It doesn't have to be the whole computers or hard drive, just copies of the pictures as well as the actual jewellery will do fine.”

Anyone with information should ring Mr Cairns on 0161 280 2164.
