A man is due to appear in court next month after being charged over a serious assault following an incident in Unsworth.
It happened on Malton Avenue, just off Sawley Avenue, on Sunday, November 17 at around 4pm.

Police and ambulance crews were in attendance and a man in his 40s was taken to hospital shortly afterwards.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have confirmed that Quinton Rainbird of Abingdon Avenue has been charged with grievous bodily harm.
The 49 year-old is due to appear at Manchester Crown Court, Minshull Street on Monday, December 23.
