A Bury pub has received praise for its toilet standards.
The Art Picture House in Haymarket Street was given a "platinum grading" by the Loo of the Year Awards 2024.
The awards aim to improve the quality of 'away from home' toilet facilities across the UK.
Inspectors made unannounced visits to thousands of public toilets, judging them based on décor and maintenance, cleanliness, accessibility, hand washing and drying equipment, and overall management.
They graded the facilities as bronze, silver, gold, platinum, platinum plus, or diamond.
The Art Picture House, a Wetherspoon pub managed by Elzbeita Stypcznska, was recognised for its high standards.
Ms Stypcznska said: "We are delighted with the grading.
"Staff at the pub ensure the toilets are in excellent condition at all times and it is great that this has been recognised by the inspectors."
Managing director of the Loo of the Year Awards 2024, Becky Wall, said: "The toilets at The Art Picture House have been designed and fitted out to a very high standard and are both clean and well maintained.
"The pub deserves its platinum award."
The awards aim to highlight and improve standards of 'away from home' toilet provision across the UK.
