More than 45 vehicles were stopped by police in just three hours as part of a day of action.
During the traffic operation, which took place on Manchester Road in Whitefield, officers stopped 11 drivers for speeding and 13 for document checks.
The crackdown was part of a Greater Manchester Police's (GMP) Operation AVRO, which took on a Neighbourhood Crime theme for its latest instalment on Thursday, November 14, taking on everything from burglaries to vehicle crime.
There were also seven drivers stopped for driving with defects, seven for driving without due care and attention and six for driving while using a mobile phone.

The results included stop searches, words of advice, traffic offence reports and an arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence of cannabis.
The operation ran across Greater Manchester and more than 50 arrests and 100 vehicle stops were made across the combined boroughs.
Alongside the operation, officers from the Whitefield neighbourhood team and town centre neighbourhood team were patrolling areas of interest.
One vehicle caught their attention and the driver was ordered to stop.
Subsequent checks reportedly established that the driver had no insurance to cover his use of this vehicle so it was seized.

The operations saw deployments across every district, including warrants, visits to stores with Trading Standards, retail crime operations, hotspot patrolling, weapons sweeps, Metrolink operations, drop-in sessions, school visits and more.
Chief Superintendent Helen Critchley, GMP lead for neighbourhood crime said: "Yesterday’s activity was designed to give communities across Greater Manchester the confidence that GMP is committed to keeping people safe.
“We thank our partners who continue to support us in that effort.
“Victims of these types of crimes know and have told us what lasting harm they can cause: preventing that for as many as possible is our ambition.
