A young man has suffered "serious injuries" after an assault on Thursday.
Police were sent to the St John's Court area of Radcliffe at around 4pm after a "serious assault".
A 20-year-old man was taken to hospital with "serious injuries" and the road was sealed off.
No arrests have been reported.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said: "At around 4pm today (Thursday), we responded to reports of a serious assault in the St John's Court area of Radcliffe.
"Shortly after, a man aged 20 was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
"Officers are currently on the scene and enquiries are ongoing."
