Bombay Cuisine, a beloved Indian takeaway located on Whittaker Lane, is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded the National Takeaway of the Year Award at this year’s Asian Restaurant & Takeaway Awards (ARTA), held at The Royal Lancaster London on Sunday 6th October.
This accolade is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion of the owner and staff who have made this achievement possible. Owner and head chef Ali, who has over 30 years of experience in the food industry, expressed his immense pride in receiving this award.
“I am extremely proud of this huge achievement of winning this special award. I also want to express my sincere thanks to all of my customers who have been supporting me through the years,” he stated.
Since opening its doors nine years ago, Bombay Cuisine has been serving the people of Manchester with exceptional Indian cuisine, creating memorable dining experiences for thousands. The team would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to their loyal customers, many of whom have been with them since their days on Bury New Road, where they operated a restaurant for 20 years.
Bombay Cuisine has always valued community connections, having had the honour of hosting the former Mayor of Bury at their grand opening ceremony, who left satisfied after enjoying a meal. This award not only celebrates the restaurant’s success but also the wonderful relationships built over the years. The team at Bombay Cuisine looks forward to continuing to serve the community and hopes to meet many more wonderful customers in the future.
Bombay Cuisine offer a delivery service for customers within a 5 mile radius of the restaurant. Any orders received from further away will be available for collection only.
