The Museum of Illusions has opened its doors in Manchester.

This is the first UK location for the world's 'largest and fastest-growing private museum chain'.

Situated on Market Street, the museum is set to become a permanent fixture in Manchester's cultural scene.

It promises a 'captivating' experience for all ages, featuring a range of exhibits from holograms and optical tricks to full-scale illusion rooms and mirror displays.

The museum also boasts the Vortex Tunnel, Infinity Room, and Reversed Room, each designed to challenge visitors' perceptions of reality.

The Manchester branch of the Museum of Illusions features exhibits tailored for a local experience.

These include the Reversed Room, which creates a tram-inspired illusion, the Following Eyes Illusion, featuring a famous Manchester persona, and the Building Illusion, which invites visitors to ‘hang’ from an iconic Manchester building.

Visitors are greeted with a sign reading 'Enter the Illusion' and can explore more than 65 exhibits.

The museum is fully accessible, ensuring everyone can enjoy the experience.

A gift shop at the end of the tour offers a range of souvenirs, from illusion-themed puzzles and mind-bending books to illusion socks and optical illusion notebooks.
