Bury Library is offering free business advice workshops for entrepreneurs looking to start up or expand their operation.

The scheme, dubbed the "Build A Business" offers sessions which encompasses topics like market research, intellectual property, business planning and registration.

Subject matter experts will assess participants' businesses, formulate actionable next-step plans, and discuss potential support in their business journey.

The business-building sessions are planned between 10am and 1pm at the library on the following dates.

Attend the "Know Your Market" session on September 19 to understand your customers, the potential spend on your product or service, and the choice selection process for your business over the competition.

This workshop will enhance your knowledge on customer behaviour and how to actually secure sales for your business through effective market research tactics.

Participants are invited to join Rachel Craig and Karen Macwee from Ruche Marketing on September 26 for "Marketing".

This newly introduced Build a Business workshop promises to show businesses how to construct a successful marketing strategy, plan compelling marketing campaigns, build consistent brands, and generate efficient social media content.

Wendy Breakell, a renowned entrepreneur and listed top 50 business advisor in the North West, will lead the "Business Basics" workshop on October 10.

The session promises to explore various aspects crucial to initiating and maintaining a prosperous enterprise including things like legal structures, costs and cashflow.

The session on October 17 is centred on "Intellectual Property", crucial to the modern business climate.

Attendees will learn how to protect their product, service, website and brand from infringement and potential copycats to ensure business success.
