Plans have been lodged to knock down a property and build five homes.
An application has been submitted to demolish a building on Ringley Road West in Radcliffe and build five detached four-bedroom, three-storey homes at the site.
A neighbourhood consultation is running until Tuesday, September 10.
A planning document with the plans state: "The development subject of this application will deliver new homes on a site already in residential use, within a primarily residential area and in a sustainable location.
"The site is located within a residential area and therefore the development as proposed is deemed to be suitable and appropriate as a matter of principle.
"The scale, form, height and layout of the development is not deemed to result in harm to the character of the area, nor harm to the appearance and visual amenity of the street scene."
