Two Greater Manchester branches of a recruitment firm have merged to "combine the strengths" of its "talented teams" and "share best practices".
Kingdom People's Oldham and Bury branches have merged with the business saying the move will boost the provision of industrial and commercial staffing solutions across the North West.
Veteran recruitment professional, Scott Owen, is expected to lead the charge for growth at the newly formed hub.
Mike Rogers, chief operating officer of Kingdom People, said: “Kingdom People Manchester is a key player in our branch network, which Alex and Scott will steer.
"The network now sits at five locations, with plans to increase to six or seven by the end of the year.
"This network, supplemented by our managed services division, will deliver £70m of labour solutions across the UK.
"With the pipeline of new customers continuing to grow, and an active M&A strategy, this will exceed £100m soon. The team in Manchester have our full support as it grows.”
Operations director at Kingdom People, Alex Thompson, said: "Following several key strategic acquisitions across the UK, merging our two Manchester recruitment businesses was a logical step.
"This consolidation allows us to combine the strengths of our talented teams, share best practices, and leverage our brand more effectively across the North West.
"This gives our teams a robust support network, a clear structure, and the tools and technology to excel in their roles. It further reassures our clients of our scalability and capabilities across Manchester.”
