A talented Bury artist has launched a new children's colouring book.

Mum-of-two Hayley Stott, 34, of Walmersley Road, has released her first book, ABC Animals Colouring Book.

She said: "I have loved creating a whole range of cute animals which children will hopefully adore.

"I got the idea because my three-year-old son Jaxson spends so much time colouring as well as playing with his toy animals.

"I decided to combine the two, along with an educational aspect that will help children learn their alphabet while they have fun colouring."

Hayley also has a Halloween-themed second book which is almost completed and ready for publication.

Hayley, who also has a 10-month-old daughter Harper with husband Calum, added: "The books are aimed at children between the ages of three to seven. I am sure they will keep young ones happy over the school holidays and beyond."
