Bury's priciest and least priciest streets have been revealed.
Spen Close, Walmersley Road and Turton Road are the most costly residential streets in Bury according to Property Solvers.
This data analysis was collated from five years of house prices sold across Bury postcodes.
On the other hand, some of the least expensive streets in the town were revealed to be Stephen Close, Lavenham Close and New Cateaton Street.
Spen Close (M26), for instance, saw four property transactions with an average sell price of £712,487.
Walmersley Road (BL9) had three properties go under the hammer for an average of £684,000.
Turton Road (BL8) was home to three properties that sold for an average of £614,000.
Conversely, Bury's most affordable streets, such as Stephen Close (BL8), witnessed three properties being sold for a mean price of £77,500.
Lavenham Close (BL9) and New Cateaton Street (BL9) also saw low average property prices of £78,000 and £79,000 respectively, numbers that are gathered from seven and three property sales.
Ruban Selvanayagam, co-founder of Property Solvers spoke about the method used to rank the streets.
Mr Selvanayagam said: "to keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales."
He added: "It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Walmersley Road (BL9) sold for £1,250,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £39,500 and under on Burrswood Avenue (BL9), Walmersley Road (BL9) and Walmersley Road (BL9)."
