An annual beer and gin festival will be returning to a cricket club next week.
This year's event at Stand Cricket Club in Whitefield, which will run from Friday, July 12 to Sunday, July 14, is set to be the biggest yet and feature a larger selection of beers, ciders, wines and local boutique small batch gins.
The festival will feature an impressive line-up of local and national breweries and distilleries including JW Lees, Brightside Brewing Company, Brewsmith Beer, Phoenix Brewery, Deeply Vale Brewery, Pomona Island Brewery, Hideaway Brewery, Marble Brewery, and Red Bank Craft Ciders and Wines.

The festival kicks off next Friday with junior cricket training sessions, live music, and a variety of hot food options available throughout the evening.
On the Saturday, there will be a cricket match in which Stand Cricket Club 1st XI will take on Edenfield Cricket Club.

The day will finish with food stalls and live music.
There will be a womens cricket exhibition tournament on the Sunday, with details to be confirmed, and the Euros final will also be shown at the club.

Stand Cricket Club chairman Paul Wilkinson said: "We are thrilled to welcome guests to another fantastic year of the beer and gin festival.
"In addition to the stellar line-up of breweries and distilleries, we're excited about the ongoing developments at the club, including upgrades to our changing rooms."
Entry for the festival will be free, with no pre-booked tickets required.
