A private GP clinic and healthcare facility has opened in Bury town centre.
Red Rose Healthcare has opened its site on St Mary's Place, where patients will be able to receive GP appointments and a range of specialist treatments.
The centre also has X-ray, ECG, ultrasound and diagnostic facilities along with vaccination clinics.
Following a ceremony attended by local politicians, the facility was officially opened by Bury mayor, Cllr Khalid Hussain.
A statement on behalf of the partners of Red Rose Healthcare said: "We are delighted to bring our years of experience and expertise of working with the NHS to the people of Bury and surrounding areas.
"Our aim is to provide an excellent and affordable service to our patients who can afford to bypass waiting times and get expert care when they need it."
