Thanks to reports made by residents in Bury, a cannabis farm has been discovered during a police raid.
The Bury South town centre neighbourhood policing team discovered a cannabis farm containing approximately 150 plants on Scholes Street, Elton, today, June 4.
Officers forced entry into the property and arrested an occupant.
A spokesperson for Bury South Police said: “The town centre neighbourhood policing team (accompanied by the Whitefield neighbourhood policing team) discovered a cannabis farm containing approximately 150 plants on Scholes Street.
“Officers forced entry and arrested the occupant.
“Thank you to nearby residents for their reports prior to this incident.”
