The streets of Bury came alive with colour, music and celebration yesterday (June 1).
Bury Pride returned to the town, bringing colourful outfits and a wide array of activities, performances and entertainment, bringing fun, inspiration, and a sense of belonging.
The event is the borough’s main celebration of the LGBTQ+ community and brings diversity and inclusivity.
This year, it was held entirely on Knowsley Street located outside the town hall where stall holders, food and drink vendors and a main stage of entertainment acts performed all day from 10.30am onwards.
The Walking Rainbow Parade also wound through the heart of Bury from 1pm with support from local community organisations and local businesses coming together joining in to show their support.

For those who did not attend the festival, we have a selection of 23 photos to give you a flavour of what went on, and for those who did, see if you can spot yourself!
All photographs and videos were taken by local photographer Danny Crompton.
