A TV host known for American show Man V Food showcases Bury Market in his mission to try the famous black pudding.
Adam Richman was the original star of Man V Food - a show where he takes on one big food dish in each city he visits as well as food challenges such as eating spicy cuisine.
The US host was in Bury for the first time meeting Tony from the Chadwick's stall, who have been selling black puddings since 1865.
Adam was filming for his show, Adam Eats Britain, airing on the Food Network channel. The black pudding episode will be screened at 10pm on Monday, April 22.
In the episode, Adam also tries a hotpot, a Brazilian sausage roll, Korean chicken-topped waffle, and of course, black pudding.
Black pudding is described as a sausage stuffed with blood, fat and filler like oatmeal.
Tony Chadwick said on the show: "The family of Chadwicks have been making black puddings since 1865.
"We stuck to that recipe, kept it simple, kept it really small, but have grown a reputation."
Adam then tries a black pudding himself, describing it as 'fantastic' as he takes a spoonful.
Adam posted a snippet of the show's preview on his social media X account.

TV chef Rick Stein also visited the Chadwick's Stall earlier this year to try the black pudding in an episode of Rick Stein's Food Stories.

A comment under Adam's X post said: "I am from Bury and was brought up in black pudding. I love it."
Black pudding is so popular in Bury, that the town also hosts the World Black Pudding Throwing Championships.
Hundreds of people come out for the day to see people throw black puddings.
The episode will air tomorrow at 10pm.
