A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after he reportedly had a "couple of beers" while watching a football match.
Greater Manchester Police special constables, who volunteer for the force, ordered the driver to stop in Prestwich.
And they said he recorded a roadside breath test of 56 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

He was also accused of being "unsteady" on his feet.
The time and date of the incident have not been reported.
A spokesperson for GMP Bury South said: “Our special constable's sixth sense proves fruitful again!
“Driver stopped and claimed he only had a couple beers watching the game...well....a couple too many as driver is unsteady on feet and blows 56 at the roadside.”
