A number of Class A and B drugs have been seized along with thousands of pounds cash after a driver was ordered to stop by police.
At around 11.50pm on Wednesday, February 28, officers on patrol in Bury ordered the driver of a Skoda Superb on Hornby Street in Fernhill to pull over.

Following a search of the suspect and his vehicle, officers found Class A drugs and Class B drugs, believed to be cocaine and amphetamine, as well as £3,000 in cash.
Police said the man in question, aged 60, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs and acquire, use and possess criminal activity.

He was bailed pending further investigation.
Detective Sergeant Craig Murray, from Bury’s Operation Revoke team, said: “This is another example of proactive policing being undertaken by the Operation Revoke team.
“This arrest underlines our commitment in tackling serious and organised crime in Bury which ultimately provides the local community with confidence that GMP are dealing with prominent issues across Greater Manchester.”
