A model from Radcliffe has revealed the gender of her first child after announcing her pregnancy last November.
Rhian Sugden, 37, and her husband Oliver Mellor finally fulfilled their dream of becoming parents after six years of IVF treatment.
She revealed that their baby, due in May, will be a baby boy.
In a post on social media, Rhian said: “Our bundle of joy is a little baby boy.
“Absolutely over the moon! My life is almost complete. I can’t wait to meet him!”

Rhian said that she’s loved being pregnant and has already decorated the nursery and chosen some possible names, with Tommy and George being favourites so far.
Despite their joy, Rhian spoke about the gruelling journey she went on to motherhood, saying she developed depression, anxiety and an eating disorder due to stress and her mother being diagnosed with bowel cancer.
However, she was put on medication including antidepressants which she might be on for life.

Rhian hopes that she can fall pregnant with IVF again soon after she gives birth to her son after telling her husband she can’t bear the thought of not being pregnant again.
She said she’d love to leave a gap between pregnancies but can’t afford to wait too long as time is ticking for her.
