Fire services were called to Radcliffe last night, to a fire involving a kitchen.
Three fire engines from Bury, Whitefield, and Farnworth were called to a property on Wilton Gardens at around 5.45pm yesterday.
Crews had to use special breathing apparatus and hose reels to combat the fire which involved a kitchen on a Radcliffe estate.
Firefighters were on the scene for around three hours.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said: “At around 5.45pm yesterday (Monday, January 22) three fire engines from Bury, Whitefield, and Farnworth fire stations attended a fire involving a kitchen in a property on Wilton Gardens, Radcliffe.
“Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reels to extinguish the fire and make the scene safe.
"Crews were in attendance for around three hours.”
