Jihad Issawi drove without a licence or insurance in Birmingham.
The 35-year-old carried out the offence behind the wheel of a Ford in June this year.
He drove at the M5 motorway at Junction One.
The case against Issawi, of Parr Lane, Bury, was proved in his absence at Birmingham Magistrates' Court.
Following this he was given eight points on his licence and fined £660.
Jessica Wickstead carried out racially aggravated harassment in Bury in October this year.
The offence was within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused distress.
The 20-year-old admitted the offence at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court.
Wickstead, of Knight Street Bury, was fined £133.
Her guilty plea was taken into account but the court increased the fine to reflect the fact that it was racially aggravated.
Courtney Brown drove a Vauxhall Corsa while under the influence of cannabis.
The 32-year-old carried out the offence on Bury New Road in March this year.
She admitted the offence at Tameside Magistrates' Court.
Brown, of Hope Park Road, Prestwich, was banned from the roads for a year and fined £120.
Marlon Brown carried out an assault on a man in Liverpool.
The offence took place earlier this month at a Subway Store on Bold Street.
He admitted the offence at Wirral Magistrates' Court.
He carried out the attack shortly after being released on licence.
The 35-year-old was placed on a community order to last until February next year.
As part of this he was placed on a curfew requiring him to remain at his home on Powell Street, Bury, between 7pm and 7am for eight weeks.
Daniel Heap drove a Volkswagen Golf at the Trafford Boulevard in April this year without a licence or insurance.
The case against the 26-year-old was proved at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court.
Heap, of Woodhill Road, Bury, was fined £666 and given seven points on his licence.
