Tram passengers in Bury are facing delays on the Metrolink after a points fault at Victoria station in Manchester.

The fault was reported just after 1pm today, Wednesday, and the lines affected are the Altrincham to Bury, East Didsbury to Rochdale town centre, and the Bury to Piccadilly routes.

All stops on these lines have been impacted.

A Transport for Greater Manchester spokesperson said: “Services are being delayed through Victoria Station and customers may experience an additional wait for a service.”
