Police are appealing to find a missing 17-year-old girl from Trafford who was last seen in Bury.

Emma, from Sale, was last seen at 5.20am today, Friday, on Back Deal Street in Bury.

She was wearing navy blue trousers, a black and white striped crop top and black doc martins.

Emma, whose last name has not been published by police, is described as a white female, around 5'5 with a slim build and long straight dark red/ginger hair.

A police spokesperson said: "Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about her and want to make sure she is safe and well."
